Argentine Republic is a federal republic located in southeastern South America. Sharing the bulk of the Southern Cone with its neighbour Chile, it is bordered by Bolivia and Paraguay to the north and the Drake Passage to the south.
After a very lengthy wait for our pickup from the hotel, we were too late for the tour we had booked for and were put onto another boat.
The taped commentary was quite interesting and informative, not so much the muddy brown water though.
The unique suburb of Tigre was more interesting with it’s variety of houses, some on stilts. We also saw fruit, vegetables and household goods being delivered to the homes. Show More
I have wanted to visit these falls for over 20 years and it was worth the wait! We were collected by our guide Oscar and taken to the park. Firstly we walked into the park and boarded the little train which took us to the Devils throat circuit where you can see the tallest waterfall at 80 meters drop. What an incredible view and the thunderous roar of nature just meters from you. To get there you pass over numerous bridges which was also very scenic.Show More
