Thought i would sign up for a business account to
Thought i would sign up for a business account to get some couches for my office lobby. I got to the point where they wanted my business ID number. I am self employed and my Social Security number is my business tax ID number. I refuse to give that out so I stopped the sign up process. That was 2 business days ago and I have received 6 e-mails, 2 phone calls from Wayfair employees, and 2 more phone calls from telemarketers that they probably gave my information to. One e-mail from Matt Mumma talking about his "team of experts who specialize in working with business professionals" was the most unprofessional e-mail ever. The guy signed the e-mail as "YOUR NAME" and his personal e-mail address was "(ENTER YOUR EMAIL HERE)". This is obvious a standardized form letter that the so called professional can not even fill out correctly. Then 1 business day later I get the same exact email from another Enrollment Coordinator. Now I am forced to screen all calls as I have work to do and am tired of getting interrupted by pushy Wayfair employees. Show More

love the look of wayfair furniture and home products so I ordered a grey tv stand for my new home. When it arrived the top was damaged. We had assembled the rest and to be honest the finish on the whole thing was not good never cheap looking although it was strong and sturdy. After calling customer service they sent out a replacement. Took about two weeks. That one was also damaged in two places. Called customer service again and they said a third would be delivered and they also gave me a refund of 30% of the full price. Next I had a message saying there were no more tops but they would send a whole new tv stand. Told me to donate the first one. In the end I asked for a full refund as I couldnt be bothered to put together another and potentially have another damaged item. They just dont pack things well enough. I got my refund and still have the stand as they dont want it back. So although the product was bad quality and finish I didnt have any issues getting refunded.
